Unfiltered Zwickl beer with valuable ingredients such as yeast components and proteins. Very soft, moussey drunk that brings a full and smooth body with it. Tastefully embedded hop bitterness, which ends in a mild, harmonious finish characterized by clear malt tones.

# 4585; 4/2025. Malty, zesty, yeasty, bready, cellary aroma. Murky gold body; off-white head. Cellary, bready, zesty, light polish. Fuller body; higher carbonation. Worse kellerbier. 0,5 l, bottle, brewery shop, Görlitz (Upper Lusatia, Germany).

Helle, trübe Farbe. Schaumentwicklung eher mau. Aromatisch malziger Geruch. Geschmack auch außergewöhnlich malzig für ein Bier dieser Färbung. Ein Hauch gekochte Früchte, Kräuter und Gewürze. Schön kalt schmeckt das ganz gut. Hat, sobald es etwas auf Temperatur kommt, aber einen ganz minimal gallig bitter Unterton. Sicher ein ungewöhnliches Kellerbier - ich werde damit aber nicht so richtig warm.

It is quality for the style. But still has that odd sharp bitterness reminiscent of festbiers in german that I’m not a fan of. d&s dresden

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Caramellic notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Süßlicher, hell kerniger Antrunk. Die Herbe gefällt und wirkt unter der Süße milder, spritzig. Mittellanger Nachhall, geprägt von Gerstennoten. 9/9/9/9/8/9
