Unfiltered Zwickl beer with valuable ingredients such as yeast components and proteins. Very soft, moussey drunk that brings a full and smooth body with it. Tastefully embedded hop bitterness, which ends in a mild, harmonious finish characterized by clear malt tones.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and minerals as well as light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, minerals, lemony hops, and malt, leading to a quite bitter finish.

Bottle, 5.0%. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has some yeast, not surprisingly. Mild, but flavourful. Low to medium bitterness. Pleasant.

The beer is available only at the brewery fest. The bottle looks simple, but it is not for commercial distribution. The beer in the glass is modest turbid, much foam. Aroma a bit sourish. The beer starts malty with a wheaty note. The end is a bit yeasty, well balanced. Finish a bit dry. Drinkable and good beer!
