Clear deep blond beer, solid creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely stuff, lots of citrus and tropical fruits. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of grapefruit, very bitter, citrus, bit resinous, lovely. Aftertaste: hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, very bitter, hoppy and dry finish. Well, the taste definitely suits the brewery name! ;-)

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 9 Sep 2016) Muddy pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with grainy malt, citrus, grapefruit and a touch of resin. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grapefruit, resin and a fairly dry finish with a generous citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, with a fresh hop character. Nice one.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Dry & Bitter Citra Bale Ale ].Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass - dry grass, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, pale malt, citrus, grass - dry grass, earthy hops, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours hazy golden with white head. Hoppy, citrus, piney, bit sweetish with lasting dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Low carbonation.

Draught at Taphouse, Cph . Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, floral hops and slightly toasted notes. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and caramel malts. Nice IPA.

[5/14/16] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Hazy golden. Lovely hoppy tropical fruits aroma. Dry fruity hoppy flavor, moderately bitter. Quite light-bodied.

Draft at the Taphouse, Copenhagen. Hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of dank hops, woody notes, green hops and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
