Bottle(kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!):Pale golden to golden with a big and stable creamy white head, lazy carbonation, grainy-fruity nose with a sloght bisquity and an alcoholic touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; alcoholic-bisquity finish. Not convincing…

Big thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, fine malty-spicy, interesting dry background. Finish with some alcoholic notes, but not too much. Quite drinkable for a bock of this strength. Nice!

Bottle, 7.1%. Creamy and nicely spicy aroma. Clear yellow colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely flowery from the hops. Refreshing and slightly grassy. Good maltiness, slightly sweet.

Bottled(500ml). -Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, low carbonation. Moderate malty, surprisingly fruity and hoppy with noticable alcohol presence. Short rather sugary finish, but all in all good bock.

Draught at Hoppalas Bieradies, Vienna. Clear golden, firm head. Soft and fruity. Sweet with spun sugar, fruit and butter. Mediu-full bodied with seemless soft mouthfeel. Sugar gradually turns to dough that slowly fades out in a finish without bitterness. Lovely malt character, but too much sugar.
