Clear golden with a diminishing white head. Aroma is grain, sweet, a bit of grass, too. Medium, carbonated body. Flavor is more grain and sweet and less grass than I was expecting due to the aroma. Soft, round finish without the desired crisp bite of a Bohemian Pilsener (as my sixer of this was named). Still, decent lager for a hot afternoon.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack wässrig, leicht malzig getreidig, minimal herb.

Bottle looks simple but good. Nice format. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, modest dry, zippy, fruity hints of lemon. Finish mild but not washy, still fine spicy. Not bad!

Many thanks for this bottle to kappldav123. Clear gold thin white head. It’s fine. A little thin and watery some late hop sting.

A golden pils with a thin white head. Light signs of oxidation in aroma, with faint German hops. In mouth, there is still some life left in this one, with grainy (attenuated) malt, still a nice grassy German hops attack, mineral notes, oxidation is not too bad. BB March 2010...still drinkable.

Pours amber with a large, white head.Nose shows cardboard, cooked vegetables and sweet bready malt.Similar flavours but less vegetal character, with more sweet clean malt instead. Very easy-going bitterness, faint grassy hops.Too much carbonation.

At Papsoe’s pre CPH Beer Fest tasting, cheers Henrik! Clear gold beer, soft palate, sweetish malt with some sweetish fruit. Actually not bad at all, slips down easy!

33cl bottle. Pours a golden/orange colour with some head, most of which disappears quite quickly. The nose has a citrus and pale malt aroma. The taste is more of the same and it finishes with a lemony zing. The palate is fairly substantial for this style of beer and there is also a little more texture than you would expect. It finishes very cleanly. Overall, a decent representation of the style.
