Bottle. Clear golden, no head. Complicated aroma with candy, fruit, perfume and grass. Medium body, light carbonation. Rather bland flavour - pleasant tangy malty start with some hops but little bitterness in the finish. Overall it’s definitely drinkable but not terribly interesting.

Bottle. Gold, white head, high bead. Aroma has moderate amount of malt and rather muddled-smelling hops. Taste is firm malt and just a little bitterness. I’ve had Pils where the bitterness isn’t that high, but there’s just not enough here to make this anything more than an OK Kiwi lager.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity, sugar, moderate hoppy, grass, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft and sticky. [20090514]

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It pours a clear, golden body under a white head. Fruity nose with some pale malts. Tropical fruits too, but in the background. The flavor is also on the fruity side, with some tropical fruits and a little malty sweetness. Medium body. Some bitterness in the finish, I would like it more pronounced. Maybe a bit on the sweet side, but it’s a quite nice beer. (090514)

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild citrusy and vague grassy hops aroma. Light sweetness, vague cardboardish note and mild grassy bitterness. Ends dry and lasting grassy flavoured.

330ml bottle. golden in colour with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Malty aroma with a hint of grassy hops. Flavour had some sweetish malts before a hint of hoppiness in the finish. Perfectly drinkable but not a hugely memorable lager.

(On tap) Clear, deep golden with a small, white, lacing head. Fairly clean, malty nose with a whiff of flowers - a bit of Saazer? Medium in body and fairly clean with a good malt base and a dry, lightly hoppy finish. 28 IBU. 250108

Minimal herber Antrunk, dann verstärkt malzig und getreidig. Der milde Geschmack setzt sich auch im Mittelteil fort, dazu kommt eine dezente Süße, die etwas trocken wirkt. Herb-getreidiger, dennoch milder Abgang. Test vom 11.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,12,11,10,11 - 11,10

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a short foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty and herbal hoppy aroma with a touch of honey. Medium dry and soft malty taste, light to medium body, crispy carbonation; dry-ish, slightly hop-bitter finish. Clean and drinkable, but all in all a rather bland Bohemian Pilsener.
