Bottle.Pitch black colour with medium beige head.Aroma of rosted coffee and licorice full body and hint of tar and burnt wood.Like all beers from the brewery really tasty.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finsih. Creamy palate.

Bottle 45cl.Clear medium brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, nutty notes, light to moderate vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft and smoooth. [20090527]

Bottled at PBF. Ruby/black, small beige head. Lots of chocolate and licorice. Sweet and full bodied with dense lightly rounded malt. Some molasses and strawberry brandy, salty chocolatey finish.

Bottled. Deep brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is some roasted malts, alcohol, some plum and mild notes of stuff. Flavour is pleasant roasted malts, alcohol and some liquorice. ok, but not very exciting.

Bottled (PBF, BB 12/2009). Dark ruby color, small beige head. Coffee, plums and lactose in the nose. Smooth palate. Very roasted malty, some tobacco, coffee, licorice. Pleasant, well-made imperial stout without big gimmicks.

Bottle. Huge tan head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich with roast malt, chocolate, hops, licorice and coffee notes. Bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rough, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and licorice. Full-bodied with plenty of roasted malt and vanilla with a distinct malt bitter finish. 010209

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a fully gone head. Dry, mild chocolate and mild roasted malty aroma. Sweet malty, hardroasted and with amild emiting acidic note. Light hoppy touch and with a light bitterness showing through. Shows a distinct bitterness and roasted acidic note. Ends smooth and roasted malty.
