500 ml bottle, as Grauballe Mosebryg Mørk, from Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. ABV is 5.6%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Nice malty aroma, notes of light roast, hints of chocolate, mild coffee and smoke. The flavour is slightly on the dry side, with the same elements as the aroma. A faint acidity, hints of prunes. Very moderate hops. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a big offwhite head. Infected? Notes of cocoa, malt, off as fuck, sour, bandaid. Ugh

Bottle, gift from Denmark. Pours mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma of malt, dark fruits, toffee, molasses, chocolate and treacle. Medium plus sweetness, mild bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet, malty, chocolate finish. Quite good.

Bottle. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy but stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and roast, with notes of fruit and yeast and touches of caramel. Bitter flavour of roast, with mild hoppy touches, complemented by sweetish notes of fruit and hints of caramel. Rough, roasty and estery aftertaste. Reasonable but a little too watery, I think.

Bottle at an inn in Denmark. Dark brown pour with a thin and short-lived tan head. Notes of roasted malts, smoke, cherries, dark chocolate. A bit too light bodied for the style.
