Odense lambic evening in October. Deep red with a tiny white head. Intense raspberry aroma with funky notes and a hint of band-aid. Dry and tart raspberry flavour with nice funk. Very intense raspberry.

Tap at 3 Font. Lovely reddish-pink with some bubbles. Cloudy. Huge raspberry nose, juicy, seeds, some vanilla. Tart raspberry flavor, relatively, simple, juicy, lemony, slightly lactic. Soft and oily.

Tap @ 3F Open Beer Days 2018. Acajou sur léger voile, col fin rosé retombant vite. Arôme est excellent au niveau du fruité, de belles effluves de framboises avec un côté terreux plaisant. Boisé fin avec en tout rétro une petite note douce rappelant la vanille. Palais est plaisant, léger sur un caractère balancé de lambic et un ajout complexe de framboises qui confèrent une belle note terreuse. Effervescence est moyenne voire basse. Tout au long, je note de belles caractéristiques terreuses et fleuries de framboises et jardin. Acidité modérée sur fond grains.

0,2l from tap at 3 Fonteinen. Very nice deep red cloudy colour, medium big pink head. Smells musty, citric, raspberries, bit parfumy, earthy. Very nice smell. Medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of raspberries, bit citric, earthy, grassy, musty, light peppery. Finishes dry and light too medium sour with notes of raspberries, earthy and some musty notes. Very nice one, quite easy to drink while still quite good complexity.

Cask @ 3 Fonteinen Open Beer Days 2018. Pours deep reddish with a bubbly white head. Aroma of fresh raspberry juice, mild tartness, farmyard and earthiness. Taste is smooth, juicy with loads of raspberries, some tartness and mild sourness. Finish is heavy with raspberries, some tartness, earthiness and funky notes. Quite smooth and juicy.

From bottle at 3F. It pours hazy deep red with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweet, crazy juicy, tart, loads of fresh raspberry, soft, mellow sweetness, candy cane, jam and candy floss. The taste is dry, tart, juicy, bright, loads of raspberry, tart, tannin, raspberry pip, granny smith apple, earthy, spice, damp leaves, berry skin and juniper with a drying finish. Medium body and flat. Funky and fruity. Pretty delicious.
