Draught @ Ølfestival Valby - CBF09, Copenhagen, Denmark.Light unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, old dry malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

On tap. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of fruit and a little yeast. Light-bodied, yeasty with and astringent fruitiness and some yeast again. Finishes dry. No biggie yet still quite refreshing. 160509

CBF09. From tap. Pours cloudy yelllow to orange with a small gone head. Light hoppy aroma, a bit citric too. Citrusy and bitter flavoured. Dry malty. Ends citric and bitter.

Draught at KØ09. OK hop aroma, wet hops, probably Nelson Sauvin. Hazy yellow colour. Very small white head. Good grassy flavour, grassy hop notes, good bitterness.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with fresh notes of hops, hay, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops, citrus, and some hay. The finish is nicely bitter. Very refreshing.

CBF09. Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishinghead. Yellow colour. Light malty and heavy hoppy aroma. herbal notes. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
