We’ve teamed up with our buds at Forager to create another iteration of one of our favorite collabs, the Kitchen Sink! For this batch we blended imperial stout and barleywine aged in Blantons & Stagg Jr barrels for 34 months before conditioned on raw coconut, Ugandan vanilla, Puerto Rican cacao nibs, Costa Rican coffee, and dark maple syrup!!

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with late awakening, small, creamy, fadig, tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty, caramel malty and minimally nutty, spicy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, some coffee, vanilla, a touch of coconut, fruity whiffs of blueberry. Taste is roasty and chocolately, dark malty, sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly nutty, spicy and minimally fruity, minimally alcoholic as well, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, some coffee, sugared coffee, blueberry, plum butter, black raspberry, coconut, vanilla, treacle, dark honey, slight pancake character; lingering, sweet, relatively fruity, minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Full body, viscous texture, smooth and soft, silky, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation.
Rich and intense, very nice, fruity-alcoholic aspects, minimally disharmonious aroma - top-notch... on a not too rigorous, exclusive scale.

Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is herbal, roasty. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a silky smooth, rich, oily, dark chocolate, sweet sugary, roasty, nutty, liquorice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Awesome.

Zwart, geen schuim. Van de fles is het enorm umami, uit het glas chocola, roggebrood. Retronasaal: zoetig, roggebrood, kokos, fruitig/zurig. Smaak is zoetig, kokos, vleugje(koffie) zurig. Lekker dikke body. Smaak blijft lang hangen.

Bottle shared. Black with no head, just some oil. Huge coconut, toffee, sugar, alcohol, bourbon, blackberries, maple, cinnamon. Very sweet, less bitter, light sour. Super thick full bodied. Strangely sour, otherwise amazing.

Tap at Fermentoren 3 Sons event 21/08/2025 - Dark sweet malty with notes of caramel and maple and toffee like malty sweetness, chocolate and caramelised brown sugar, nice body and mouthfeel, coconut and vanilla coalesce into the lingering math finish. Lovely.
