We’ve teamed up with our buds at Forager to create another iteration of one of our favorite collabs, the Kitchen Sink! For this batch we blended imperial stout and barleywine aged in Blantons & Stagg Jr barrels for 34 months before conditioned on raw coconut, Ugandan vanilla, Puerto Rican cacao nibs, Costa Rican coffee, and dark maple syrup!!

THICK. Gooey and syrupy, some rich black coffee, fudge, roast, a little ash, maple syrup, vanilla beans, raisins. Delicious in its way but one only needs a small pour.

Bottle, 500 ml, shared at my Grande. Black with almost no head. Loads of chocolate, vanilla, nice coconut, some coffee, dark fruit. Oily, viscous, thick, decadent. Full bodied.

Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to Wingman. Opaque dark brown beer, no head. Smooth slightly viscous palate, modest fine carbonation, fine for this brew. Soft rich dark malts, bags of dark chocolate, spice, vanilla. Coffee and coconut well buried. Good fruity rounded bourbon on the back end along with a little spice. Nice.
