Our first ever beer was a Pale Ale, and it's a style that we’ve brewed more batches and more volume of than any other since we started brewing in 2015. Every shift our taproom team's work sees our favourite pale ales top their sales charts, and so we thought it was only right that your favourite beer style got our birthday beer treatment. Keg at 73 Enid Street, 19/02/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white crown.
Nose is melon, citric zest, soft malts, light breads.
Taste comprises papaya, mandarin, grass, citric tinged straw, ripe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow light juicy hop bitterness.
Okay easy drinking pale ... not much of a celebration or wow factor for a birthday beer tho'!

Pours murky orange gold with a reasonable white cap. Aroma is blueberry, lime, coconut, melon, grapefruit, hint of malt. Taste is lime, coconut, melon, grapefruit, a little bitter hop on the finish but loads of juicy fruit. Nice APA
