Bottled. Hazy ambery brown colouor, small beige head. Aroma is bigtime chocolate and coffee along with some chocolate cookies. Flavour is mild coffee, as well as sourness, chocolate and some mild wooden notes. Lovely aroma, but the flavour is rather ruiined by the sourness.

Bottled (BB 04/2010)
Hazy brown color, steady off-white head, lace. Strong aroma of artifical chocolate and coffee. Some caramel, hops, but dominating flavor is sourness. Intentional? Less chocolaty flavor than aroma.

On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It pours a slightly hazy copper body under a small off-white head. Buttery nose with some dms, caramel and malts. Buttery flavor too, caramel and butterscotch, some fruits towards the finish, which is mostly on the caramel side. Medium body and pleasant co2 level. Overall it’s sort of interesting, but it’s too buttery for my likings. (090516)

Draught at CBF 09. Deep amber. Thin, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma. Brittle caramel in flavour with hints of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. Ends up with a touch of bitter fruits. Quite pleasing brew, about 5.5%abv, I guess (16.05.2009).
