On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a dark brown, almost clear beer with a tan head. Caramel and roasted malts, some hops and alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is sweet with dried fruits, chocolate, some herbs and alcohol and a nice touch of pine cones. Full-bodied and rather dry. A pleasant dubbel with a nice chocolate twist. (090517)

Bright golden body, no head. Floral-fruity to the nose. Good amount of malts in flavour joined by a dry hoppy touch. Carries satisfying freshness and feels smooth in the mouth (on tap, shared with faroeviking at CBF, 16.05.2009).
