Double Bourbon Barrel Generational : a beer when released for the first time, was a single oak barrel. Generational is our collaboration recipe with our friends at Half Acre, a recipe which has found its way into our rotation to be used in Beer : Barrel : Time and Derivation blending. For Double Bourbon Barrel Generational, we brewed the Generational recipe and racked it into Blanton's Barrels in October of 2021 before being finished in fresh Blanton's Barrels to complete the Double Barrel Aging process and being ready to share with you.

Bottle at "Johnny's got a new place" beer celebration. Opaque jet black color, virtually no head, light dark brown lacing. Aroma and flavor are malts, soft roast, a bit earthy, light soy sauce, bourbon. Heavy but good.
