Weertje man ☀️, deze fles bij de Bierkoning gehaald, was altijd bang hem open te trekken vanwege de verwachte zuurgraad. Vrij aardse smaken, zeer fruitig, romig, besjes zitten er nog goed in, hout, zuurgraad is bovengemiddeld maar is te doen.

Fles 75cl thuis. Fruitig, funky, zuur, zure van de aalbessen, eik, paardedeken, wrang, groene appel, witte druif, lemon, witte peper?, aardetonen. (27-4-2023).

Bottled. Pinkish orange colour with no head to speak of. Aroma is horseblanket, some earthy, mild funk and some citrus and acidic tones too. Flavour is horseblanket, some berries, wood, mild grass, earth and some tartish wooden and gooseberryish tones.

Bottle from Etre Lightly hazy orange amber with hints of pink at the edges and a rocky frothy off white head that gently recedes. Great cherry berry nose with bits of earth and funk. Big lemony tart flavor with plenty of fruit and funk to counter. I should have bought more than one of these.

Bottle, 2018. Color: Yellowish red, fast disappearing yellowish pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, tart. Taste: Farm barn-like wild yeast funk, red currant, sour red berries, hay, herbal and floral / vegetable notes, tannins, oak wood. Beginning more fruity and finishing more floral, like whole branches of Tosbessen' have been used, not only the berries. Moderate to over moderate tart, very light sweet and bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok, but this Trosbessen doesn't turn out as one of the best additions for me.

Flaska från Etre. Rosaorange med vit krona. Frisk, pigg med bra syra. Låg kolsyra även om det är en spritsig känsla i den. Vinbärsblad, lite gräsiga toner, örtigt, funkigt och jästigt. Snäll i bärigheten även om det är mycket smak.
