From bottle at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Red-rosé body, with a small light pink head.
Aroma of sweet-sour red berries, young cheese, moderate funk, wood.
Tastes similar, while with more elderflower.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes moderate sour, a bit sweet, medium dry, a bit wooden, fruity, with red berries, some elderflower.

Very nice. Interesting mix of the fruits, funk, but also some unusual elderflower like notes. Drinks pretty fresh. Not my favourite De Cam, but really nice nonetheless.

Copperish-flamingo colour, clear at first, end of bottle fully hazy; short-lived off-white head. Lactic acid, some red fruit as strawberry and redcurrant. Red paprika, redcurrant, green peas, wood, bit strange melange of flavours. Ultra-dry, yet reasonably mild acidity, which is a surprise seen the natural acidity of redcurrant. Very dry-acidic, yet enjoyable, the fruit works both ways. 8/4/7/4/17
