Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is peppery yeast, fruity notes, tart lemon, soft bready malt, mild Bretty funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and mildly tart with a touch of sour. Body is medium with a slightly dry finish. Easy alliance between peppery fruity Belgian ale and funky Lambic. Mildly funky and tart, nice one.

33cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has some candy and some lemon. Honestly, not much. Flavor is candy and lemon and sour sop but not much else. Very underwhelming. Not sour and not well blended.

Very light on tang here. A little oak. Golden pour with decent head. Light florals. Not much of a sour. More of a light floral sweet finish. Bottle.

Backlog June 2019. Unclear golden body with a big off-white head. Mild fruity aroma, slightly funky, hint of lemon. Taste is rather smooth and refreshing with sour fruit, acidic white wine, lemon, grapes, hint of wood. Fine balanced body and acidic, fresh, fruity aftertaste. Nice, not lie a typical Geuze or Lambic, high drinkability.

Hazy pale amber colour, tall moussy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Mild sour aroma, brett, lemon, bit barnyard. Taste medium sweet and sour, yeast, brett, lemon, apricot. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweet and sour aftertaste, pleasant and easy to drink, nice.
First brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary in 2005 of the revival of Oud Beersel Brewery, the (then) young brewmaster used his craftsmanship to create Bersalis Sourblend, a blend of a blond top-fermented beer and Lambiek.

# 874; 9/2017. Velmi dobrý základ z obou stran, ale jako kombinace mi to příliš neoslovilo. Prvotní kyselost postupně přechází ve sladkost s hořkou tečkou. Převládá chuť limetky, lesních jahod a citronové kůry.

Bottle. Unclear amber with a cm of off-white head. Aroma of lemon and the barn, some crackers and spices. Very light bodied. A dull caramel sweetness underneath more interesting things. Some apricot and stones, light sourness, some spiced bitterness. Refreshing with some intrigue but only OK.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of yeast ester, malt, orange peel, subtle tart and wheat. Taste has yeast ester, orange peel, malt, some iron, subdued tart and wheat. Lots of carbonation. I was hoping for more lambic flavor, this is more like a slightly tart tripel.

Hazy orange colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of wheaty notes. Not particularly sour but there's a finish a bit like a peach flavoured sherbert.
