Helder geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is fris zuur, niet te zuur, helaas wat waterig met iets van citrus en abrikoos. Standaard bier, verfrissend.

Big fizzy.creamy longlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is mild sour-ish, sorrel, minerals, hay, flowers, weeds, soda powder, yeast, oak, grass, hints of fruit stones. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish, weeds, flowers, minerals, yeast, bark, paper, sour grass, soda powder, wet hay, old rope, sour socks. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel, high carbonation. Fair enough.

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, beeries, and barnyard. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, bettanomyces, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter surt, bæreddik, noe trevirke, eik. Middels fylde. Sur smak, sure bær, epler, trevirke og vanilje. Tørr snerpende. Mye kullsyre.
