Bottle (5,5%) @ weekly tasting shared with Joes. Hazy yellow color, huge foamy white head. Aroma is very fruity and a bit herbal. Taste is quite herbal, decently fruity, coriander. Not the best example of a witbier but it’s quite decent.

330ml bottle [5.5% abv, as per label]. Hazy deep golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma with a bretty touch, hints of bubblegum, orange zest, a peppery touch in the background. Taste is initially moderately sweet fruity, yeasty with hints of peach, apricot, later slightly herbal and peppery spicy, in the finish even with a minimally salty touch of liquorice; lively carbonation. Nicely developing taste, unusually but inventively spiced, rich and complex - surprisingly good.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy dark blond color with creamy head. The aroma is moderately sweet and malty, lightly fruity. Some wheat flavor, maybe some spice, some grass, but too much bitterness, kinda disturbing.

On tap @ Doelencafe. Straw blond color, hazy. Firm white head, good lacing. Aroma’s of wheat, malt, hops and some spices. Flavor is lightly sweet’n’bitter, a hint of acidity. Rather bitter finish. Not what I’d expect from a witbier but quite pleasant.
