Bottle at the pizza place across the road from the brewery. Bit hazy golden with big white head. Dank weeds, lychee, passion fruit, sweet lime, sweet malts, lemon candy. Medium sweet, under medium bitter and a light tart touch. Medium bodied. Fine beer.

Small but stable off-white head, fed by well-carbonated, cloudy darker ochre beer. Oxydized, diacetyl laden, stale cornflakes... oh dear. Oxydized, stale cookies, oxydized honey. Finish shows again diacetyl. Medium bodied, slick, aftertaste again oxydation. This is a disaster... Sorry, M & L V.! 3/4/5/3/5
Label clearly mentions Anders! as origin, new batch
Short-lived white head over unclear orangey-golden beer. Dusty, chalk, cookies, carrotcake, bit bready, citruspeel. Chalk, sweet, slight oxydation, old cookies, dry bread. Citruspeel all but gone in the mouth, but a slightly sourish hint remains. Light tot medium bodied, bit slick, good carbonation. Uncomparably better than the former version. Thanks to Stef. Marks for this version.

Bottle at Beerstorming. Belgian blonde spiced with white tea, kafir lime and lemon peel, apparently the first beer they are trying to commercialize elsewhere in small quantities, as BS#0028. Bubbly, egg-white, more or less stable head, hazy peach blonde robe with orangey hue. Sweetly but delicately aromatic, impressions of jasmin-flavored white tea, bergamot, cider, refined sugar, sweet cider, hint of banana, white grape, spring flowers and indeed a delicate lime touch. Very soft taste, sweet with fruity notes of sweet white grapes, pineapple, pear and a dash of banana, medium carbo, very light mouthfeel for a beer of this strength, thinly bready malt middle with a grainy edge supporting an aromatic finish of indeed white tea, sugared lemon and lime, very floral and sweet in all, but going down a bit watery due to a near-lack of hops (20 IBU being the equivalent of the hop dosis in standard pale lagers). Different, very elegant and very perfumey, but perhaps a bit too thin and I am afraid the lack of hops and the delicate qualities of the aroma almost necessarily make this a beer to drink very young and fresh, which may cause problems if this is sold to pubs and shops... Interesting little beer, though.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Shared cost. I am not a fan of white tea but this one is lovely to my surprise. Hazy golden with a creamy white head consisting of big bubbles. Nose is sweet milky lime with sweet tea, lime & ice tea. Taste is sweet milky sugary ice tea, white tea with lime, candy sweet dough & lots of lemonade. Sweet lemonade stuff, lovely. Faintly milky & sugary body. Surprisingly successful.
