Grassy hops on doughy malt. Pale golden, lowish creamy head. Grainy and strawlike malt base with a good balance of Hallertau hops, dry bitterhop finish. Medium to light body, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Not quite as nourishing as other Helles, but wonderfully refreshing in the 30C degrees summerheat we have right now.
