Our biggest beer to date! A collaborative effort bringing in the expertise of two of our favorite suppliers; Yakima Chief Hops and Crisp Maltings.

Layered on a thick, soft malt based we have combined Nectaron T90, Krush T90, Citra Cyro and Krush Hyperboost, with an addition during active fermentation for that biotransformation goodness.

This beer has been brewed for the launch of our Rising Tide beer festival…set in the stunning grounds of Canterbury Cathedral.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light bodied pale malts, smooth and bringing a fairly bold creamy sweetness. Smooth cooling pine. A decent amount of hop citrus, slightly tangy and sharp but, it works quite well against the malts. The back end brings the stone fruits and tropical fruits to the fore, along with a little hop spice bite. Nice broad spectrum dipa. A game of 2 halves and both were most entertaining.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. A hazy brown gold. Foamy white head thins out. Aroma has sugary stone fruit. Syrupy Sugary st9ne fruits, with a bitter resinous edge. Gains booze and increasing bitterness. Heavy. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big punch but sweet DIPA. Feels more like a TIPA.
