A burnt gold English Pale Ale. Some malt present in the nose with a hint of lime and lemon peel. Medium bodied with some biscuit character and more citrus present in the mouth. The finish shows a clean bitterness with a touch of lingering grassiness.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Hogshead, Wolverhampton on 4th Mar 2020. Old gold in colour, white crown on top. Citrusy hop nose and taste, light malts below.

17/1/2019. Cask at the Firkin Alehouse, Folkestone. Pours dark gold with a small just off-white head. Aroma of hops, grain, grass, flowers and hint of biscuit. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Grainy finish with increasing bitterness. Quite bland overall and had expected better.

Cask @ Angleterre. Helsinki. Pours clear yellowish with a small bubbly head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and lemon. Taste is watery, earthy and slightly grassy with hints of hay and lemon. Finish is sweet and watery with hints of grass, hay and lemon. Quite easy going and dull.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon and pale malt. Taste is more lemon bitter. Light sweet finish.

Cask@Draft House Tower Bridge, London (28/08/2016) - pours golden with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and light floral hoppy, hay, straw, some lemon citrus notes, bready pale malts, medium bitter finish.

Cask @ Firehouse, Sowerby Bridge. Golden with a thick creamy head. Hopped with a medium to full body and a mid tropical fruit aroma and taste.
