On tap at the brewery. Pours a near jet black color with a small white head. A big sweet chocolate nose. The flavor is big sweet and dry cocoa, lactose, sweet chocolate, light toast. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the Frederick MD location this beer poured a black color with a medium sized creamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was cocoa powder, toasty malts and wood. The flavor was bitterish and toasty with a hint of smoke and moderate notes of chocolate and cola. Long finish with lingering chocolate. Medium body and smooth. Nice.
