Bottled. Deep ambery brown kind of murkyish colour with a small foamy off-white head. Aroma is burnt sugar, some sweet malts, mild caramel and toast with some banana and mild spiciness. Flavour is pretty much similar, but also has some yeasty and somewhat toasted tones.Interesting take on the style.

A brown Bock with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light dark fruits, molasses, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet cloying caramel malt with dark fruits, molasses, watery bodied, alcohol warmth, very unidimensional.

Bottle from the brewery. Medium brown, fruity, phenolic, bubblegum and lots of it. Sticky sweet, maybe some dark sugars, but overall simple.

Bottle, lote 11. Pours dark maroon, with a finger thick head. Aroma is very pleasant, with chocolate, almost cake-like banana and kandi, dark fruits with prunes and raisins. Flavour is sweet with dark fruits, chocolate and kandi giving a long and nice sweet finish.

Bottle from trade with sevenlee, many thanks. Hazy dark red brown color with no head. Strong banana aroma, with yeast, hints of chocolate. Taste, wheat, banana, yeast, light tartness in background. Roasted malt with light bitterness in finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Interesting Brazilian Weizenbock.

Bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small light tan head. Aroma has stewed and dried fruits - prunes, dates, figs, raisins - chocolate, banana bread and vanilla. Taste is robustly sweet with stewed fruits, banana, hazelnuts and caramel. Body is creamy more than bready. Could pick up anything in the way of cloves, but this is an old bottle and it’s showing a bit. Still, pretty good.

26th June 2008. Unfiltered cloudy beer. Lovely milk chocolate with a gentle malt touch. Semi dry chocolatey finish with a whisper of banana. Very nice example of the style.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright red-caramel color with a medium sized khaki head. The aroma was malty with notes of molasses and cherry and an odd undertone I was not able to identify but really detracted. The flavor was tart and tangy with notes of molasses, ripe cherries, apricots and a light sour vegetal undertone. The finish was long, fruity, malty had touches of vegetal malts and molasses. Fairly full bodied. Interesting, but I was hoping for more.

Lightly hazy dark reddish brown - minimal lacing - nose of dough, bread pudding, dates, a light earthy, mustiness, moderate phenols, black cherry, even a mild vinous character - the flavor is a little less interesting - fairly sugary sweet, with some tangy, earthy wheat - moderate clove phenols - some chocolate, date, raisin, and fig - most of this character takes a back seat to sugary sweetness, though - the date and raisin shine through in the finish - I like my weizenbocks a bit less sweet, with a stronger wheat influence, so this doesn’t really do it for me as much as it should- decent, though.
