37,5cl Bottle @ Pistolet, Brussels. Bottled 2022. Pours cloudy Golden amber with a White head. Dirty glass I could tell. Tried to rinse it with water - 2nd pour became much better. Beware: I see most posts on social media with same issues from Pistolet. Going across the World to taste new Cantillon and Dirty glassware is like a disaster. Anyway. Bright, lemon, citrus, barnyard. Funky. Super drinkable. Reminding me of L.P.G. Super!

375mL bottle at Pistolet, pours a clear bright golden with a small, bubbly white head. Aroma brings out a bright lemon tang, moderate barnyard funk, and gentle champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is tangy, with lots of citrus peel, gentle barnyard funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Lemony, lightly funk, and bright. Refreshing and nicely made.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Mild barnyard bouquet. Good carbonation, with big bright lemon zest, citrus, barnyard, and funk. Subtle barrel, fortified wines, and oak. Great body and mouthfeel.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy dense off-white to yellowish head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, peaches and apricots, bit oxidized, metallic touch, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, fruity notes, apricots, very fruity, nice acidity, pretty complex! Aftertaste: soft bitterness, very fruity, bitter notes, nice and funky, lots of brett, wood notes, dry finish, some tannins.

Bottle @ Pistolet Original. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, apple juice, orange. Taste has apple juice, citrus, lemon rind, sweet oaky notes, light nutty notes, subtle funk.

Flaska på Pistolet, Bryssel. Vintage 2018. Guldig med vit krona. Frisk, pigg, något skarpare. Mycket stall, funk, citron och citronskal. Lätt bitande syra, något spritsig med äppelkärnor och äppelskal. Mycket gott och uppfriskande! Drickvänligt.

Batch 1. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, brandy, floral. Medium body, strong brandy, oak, funky, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
