Nose is biscuit, toffee, straw, herb.
Taste comprises stewed fruits, biscuit, brown bread, herb.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a mellow bitter edge.
Not bad.

Cask (handpump) @ The Sheep Heid Inn, 43-45 The Causeway, Duddingston, Edinburgh, Scotland EH15 3QA.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, citrus shell. Flavor is moderate sweet and shell bitter with a average to long duration, and crispy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090412]
