Dry hopped saison. Pale golden, clear. Thin white head. Nose hints at medicinal phenols, and floral hops. Flavor more herbal, with mild clove and licorice, and a bunch of fresh flowers, pronounced hoppy bitterness into the finish. Maybe some minty notes. Dry, malts very understated creating a light body that is almost too thin/watery.
