Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, earth and some mild herbal and nutty notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, mild spices, some herbs, caramel and mild toasted and nutty notes. Quite bitter, but at the same time mellow and nice.

From cask. Pours cloudy and orange with a small off-white and creamy head. Aroma is fruity, slight peachy and mild grapefruity. Bitter, dry and slight herbal. Bitter and dry into a crisp hoppy finish.

Cask via handpump at the Blackfriars, Glasgow, Scotland on 23rd April 2010. Coppery red with white head giving a wee bit of lacing. Fruity and malty with citric hop notes. Citric lemony finish, dry evaporative mouthfeel.

Draught @ Clockwork Beer Co. Brewpub, 153-1155 Cathcart Road, Mount Florida, Glasgow G42 9BH, Scotland.Clear medium to dark red amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roasted notes, moderate to light heavy hoppy, pine, orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090410]
