Clear red beer with a decent head and a light fruity aroma. Flavour is tangy fruit with a bit of biscuit-y malt to mellow it out. Very drinkable.

Cask at Clockwork. It pours red-amber with a decent beige head. The nose is pine, resin, red berry, caramel, resin and some tropical notes. The taste is rather bitter, resin, pine, varnish, leather and peppery grapefruit with a bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Punchy bitterness. Very nice.

Half pint, cask at the brewpub. Plain brown coloured body. Tiny beige head. Aroma of red orange and malty sweetness. Spiced hops and sweet malts in flavour with hints of berries. Dry malt-bitter ending. Alright (Glasgow, 12.04.2012).

Cask-conditioned at Clockwork, Glasgow 15/06/10. Deep, reddish amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity malt aroma with a hint of butterscotch. Flavour had more sweet malts, some spice and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.
