Do učebnicové série IPA Variety jsme zařadili Black IPA, ideální pivní styl pro dlouhé zimní večery. Chmelili jsme americkou klasikou v podobě Simcoe a Chinook, které přinášejí tóny pryskyřice, grapefruitu a mandarinky. Kompozice sladového základu se nese v jemných tónech karamelu a čokolády, harmonicky doplněné střední hořkostí se suchým závěrem.

# 4703; 8/2025. Roasty, resiny, dark chocolate, tangerine, liquorice aroma. Opaque dark brown body; persistent laicing tany head. Roasty, resiny, grapefruit, tangerine, dark chocolate, dry and bitter finish. Lighter body; medium carbonation. Very good BIPA. 0,5 l, can, craft-beer pub (KMP), Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

500ml Can (Galerie Piva, Prague) - Very dark brown, almost black. Pine, liquorice, fudge and hints of soap in the aroma. Roasted and fairly hoppy taste with liquorice, coffee, pine and fudge detected.
