best before 112.08 (go figure) Quite sure this beer is not as they intended it to be. Strong flavor with notes of sour/aging fruits. Taste is dominated by a sour flavor, resembling real bad white wine. i’ll drain the rest of the bottle, and flush with something else. If this was a a special beer, which was intened to taste like this i would rate higher. Strangest bock i ever tasted. Sour is too dominant,, either something went wrong or it’s not at all my taste.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours deep amber with a good light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel and a fruity note (yeasty). Flavour is also very malty, minor chocolate notes and fruity/dried berries. Medium sweetness throughout.

Copper beer with a lasting off-white head. Lots of malt in the aroma. Sweet and caramel/malty flavour with some dried fruit. Sweetness balanced by a touch of alcohol

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Dark amber. Very sweet and raw. Completely dominated by molasses and syrup. More of a dark, thick malt liquor, or perhaps extract homebrew, than a bock.

A red beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma has primary notes of caramel and straw, but also light notes of roasted malt and hints of acidity. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel and straw, and also light acidic notes. The best so far from Warwik - but there is far to go before the beers are well crafted.

(Bottle 70 cl) Pours a clear, reddish dark brown with a creamy, off-white head. Malty, roasted nose. Good, full body with plenty of roasted malt and some delicate almost vinous accents. Rather subdued bitterness. Quite a lovely Bock. 150306

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2007, 2007-05-11, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Beautiful dark amber color with red hue; creamy head. Light aroma of roasted malt. Weaker body than expected, caramel flavor, with top-fermetation fruitness. Too simple.

Bottle, 2006-03-15, 4-3-5-2-8=22
Dark amber color. Ordinary bock, quite simple, with caramel and a light flowery touch. Dry end.
