Burk stor ölprovning med ölsommelieren vid wilhemshill kl 14.41. Här doftar det torr rostad klassisk imo stout . Klunkar och känner tunn i konsistensen och även smaken!? Smakar torrt kaffe ☕️ ja typ det. Vi häller ut ölen !!. Stod det inte choklad på burken ??

TCBW2025. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, some roasted and nutty tones along with mild syrupy and alcohol tones to it. Flavour is nutty, roasted, some chocolaty, coffeeish and mild alcohol sweetness as well.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has lots of cocoa nibs, with little else to speak of. Flavour is pure cocoa nibs, with light vegetal notes in back and little malt complexity underneath. Not bad but it’s pretty simple. Meh.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours black with a beige head. Dry roasted malts, coffee, burnt toffee on the nose. Flavour has coffee, burnt toffee, some malts. Thick body. Not great.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter engelsk lakris, solbær gummibjørner og mørk sjokolade. Middels fylde. Søt. Smaker lakris, kakao og noe kaffe. Middels lang.
