Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours perfectly clear gold with a creamy white head. Lots of cheap, sugary white bread on the nose with faint lemon meringue. Medium sweet flavor with basic white bread, faint bitter straw, cereal, lemon pith. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Simple sugary, lightly doughy pale bread finish, minimal bitterness. Quite a basic beer, but not bad.

Uklar oransje farge med hvit skum. Lukter malt og sødme. Smaker tamt og utvannet. Lite karbonert. Litt tørr i ettersmak. Minner om en lager.

bottle from Irma, Copenhagen - Fuzzy/hazy amber colour with a medium white head. Caramel malt, only slight token hoppy notes to this, some slight spice, slightly bitter in the finish. Rather boring/nondescript overall. --- Beer merged from original tick of Nicks Ale on 26 Mar 2025 at 06:42 - Score: 5. Original review text: July 1, 2013

50cl bottle. Pours clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt and caramel with hints of fruits and hops. Sweet and melty with some bitterness in the finish. Not great, but okay. A bit too sweet for my liking.

0,5 l. bottle from IRMA supermarket. Clear orange to amber colour with a small white head, that faded fast. Butterscotch and light notes of pepper and dark, dried friuts in the aroma. Light to medium sweet taste with a shortlived, sweet finish. Light body with soft carbonation. Nice beer, not extraordinary.

Bottle. Amber with an orange hue. Aroma is fruity with some dry malt and hop. Flavour is light fruity with some dull malt and quite a pleasant bitter finish. I used to know Nick who the beer is named after, good bloke, gets the beer an extra point or two
