/11/11/12/8/11

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and some fresh hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread as well as lighter notes of over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It’s an almost clear, copper-colored beer with a lasting, creamy, off-white head.Weak nose, slightly sourish, with dried fruits, citrus peel and a faint note of peaches. Some caramel in the flavor, with nice hops and a little chocolate. Medium body with a nice carbonation. Some bitterness in the end. A quite good one, quenching and nicely hopped. (090522)

Bottle 63cl.Clear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, nutty, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is soft. A bit borring and very much like the others from the same brewhouse. Bottle as Ebeltoft Mørk Ale. Fruity hop aroma, faintly roasted, hint of yeast. Clear brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour starts off roasted, there is some yeast. More yeast in the finish, good sweetness. The aftertaste has a little spice.
