CBF09. From tap. Pours almost clear and golden brown with a small off-white head. Mild fruity and slight yeasty aroma. Roasted malt, slight metallic. Spiced and bitter finish with a distinct breadish touch. Nice one.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, dusty, bock alike aroma, sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090326]

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy warm amber golden with tiny floating impurities. Roasted malt aroma. Medium body, roasted malt and a hint of pumpernickel. Somewhat tired mouthfeel. Discreetly bitter finish. 200409
