Dark amber color; huge head. Some caramel aroma and yeast by-products. Good body structure, caramel taste, similarities with Bock beers. Solid but boring.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Clear amber. Fruity, phenolic nose. Sweet and sticky with medium body. Note of sulphur and ash. All the things I want a Belgian ale not to be.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, straw, yeast, and barnyard - a bit reminicent of a Biere de Garde. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of straw, malt, caramel, citrus fruits - on the overripe side, as well as some barnyard notes, leading to a dry straw end with the slightest of bitterness. The alcohol gives it a good body, and burns slightly on the tongue after swallowing.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is malts, earth, barnyard along with some fruits and spics. Flavour is malts, earth, caramel some fruity hoppiness in flavour. Also earthy notes in the aftertaste. Not that impressive.

Bottled.
Nut brown, steady off-white head. Yeasty, malty nose. Yeasty, porridge-like, herbs and candy sugar there. Feels like this is brewed with some kind of traditional recipe.
