On tap at Basement Beer Bar. It’s pale golden in color, lightly hazy and with a small white head. Close to no lacing. The aroma is mostly peaches and grapefruit, with some physallis and lemon. Quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and a smooth and low level of carbonation. There’s some bready malts in the flavor, but the grapefruity, lemony flavors dominates. Hints of peaches and pine cones. Long hop dominated finish. Sort of one dimensional but very easy drinkable and quite quenching too. 160621

This one has a strange pale beige colour. An unusual and challenging beer that is predominantly sour with a texture and feel of tonic water.

Bottle @ LIBF’16. Shared with the RB Belgian team.
