Gylden brun klar med høyt kortvarig hvitt skum. Lukter malt, korn og lys karamell. Vannete i smaken, lite bitterhet, noe karamellsødme. Kort

Aug ’14. A 0.33 l bottle from Lidl at Sveavägen, Stockholm. Since Staropramen is one of the favorite brands to Croatian general public I had to try this thing, too. It poured golden body with tiny head. Weak bread and honey aroma. Flavor was lightly bitter, herbal hoppy, bread and grain malty with some light metallic note. Thin bodied with a bit watery finish but all in all, this brew showed much more than other 3.5 abominations I tries these days. Still sub par, even for a pale lager.

Yellow color with a white head. Light floral and malty nose. Medium maly flavor with some hops in the background. Not bad for a 3,5% beer.

50cl can from ICA Kvantum, Strömstad. Pours clear pale golden with a white head. Mild malty aroma with mild hoppy notes and hints of cooked vegetables. Moderate sweet, mild flavours, but a fairly balanced bitterness. Watery and not much flavour, but fair enough for a folköl.

Bottle. Clear pale golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of grain, bread, metal, earth, herbal hops and light dms. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of metal, bread, grain and light corn. Some light diacetyl. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Meh.

Can, 500ml kindly shared by djoeye. Clear dark golden body. Low, bubbly white head. Poor lacing. Bread-like malts on the nose. Modest taste profile of mid-sweet caramel, notes of lemon towards the ending, short-lived finish. Okay (Tromsø 17.01.2014).

Bottle from ICA Viksjö. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of bread, malt and citrus. Also some notes of vegetables. Thin and easy to drink. Drinkable but nothing sensational.
