[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Pale yellow. Huge celery aroma. Tart flavor with celery. Weird, but not that bad.

On tap at CBC ’16. Near clear pale straw with a medium white head. Aroma of fresh celery, just like when you’re chopping into that lovely celery. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation. I would love to say that I’ve always been waiting for this beer. But I haven’t. Why???

CBC2016. Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch wässrig, leicht fruchtig, helles Malz. Geschmack minimal säuerlich, wässrig fruchtig.
