Mellow and smooth taste
The rich fruity flavor from fermentation and the gorgeous fruitiness of Nelson sauvin and Citra added in late hopping give it a rich white wine-like taste. It has a slightly cloudy deep gold appearance. It has a high IBU value due to the inclusion of a lot of bittering hops, but the sweetness from the high alcohol content makes it feel well-balanced.
