Tap. Hazy golden with small white head. Flavour is malt, hops, little sweet, citrus and a little bitter.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Golden body with a small white head. Mild aroma of citric fruits and light caramel. Flavor is light and refreshing citric fruit, light malt, moderate bitterness and a hint of roast in the aftertaste. Nothing special but an average and decent pale ale.

On tap at KØ-2010. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, grass, herbs. Flavour is hop, fruit, berries, flower, herbs. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden body with a medium sized thick white head. Fruity and soapy nose, dusty peach. Disappointingly empty taste, beets, chalk, weak bitterness, some spice. Kinda pleasant but flawed. It’s single hop but whatever hop it’s supposed to demonstrate is either crap or not demonstrated enough.

On tap at KØ-10. A hazy, golden beer with a small, creamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with grass and hay, a herbal touch too. Pale malts and fruits in the flavor, a herbal bitterness towards the end. Medium body, dry. A refreshing and ordinary one, and with a hop profile I didn’t care too much of. 100507

oro buona schiuma media persitenza naso delicato leggermnte maltato un tocco erbaceo in bocca fresca piuttosto bilanciata non molto amara beverina ma non emozionante

Draught, 4.8% at KØ10. Mild grassy aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable creamy white head. Grassy flavour, mild hop bite. A bit of smoke in there, too. Probably not intended, and not really suitable for the style, but tastes OK, I guess.
