Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a creamy, white head. Malty and metallic nose. Medium body, clean and malty. Subdued bitterness but sokid alcohol - feels stronger than 5.2%. 131023

# 2350; 11/2020. Grainy, malty and slightly roasty aroma. Amber, brilliant body; off-white head. Grainy, floral, slightly roasty, watery. Below average dortmunder. 0,5 l, bottle, gift.

500ml bottle; BB 26th Dec 18. Shared with my brother-in-law on the evening of 2nd Sep 18 at my place. Clear and clean golden body, fast fading white head. Looked identical to the Habichtsteiner Pilsener that we had next to it. This had a little more maltiness in it's aroma and taste; actually preferred the Pilsener.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish, estery and malty notes and paperlike aftertaste. Medium to high carbonation. Clean and reasonable for the style but rather anonymous.

Bottle looks very simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest spicy. Some soapy notes. Light fruity like apricot. Finish milder, a bit boring malty. Okay.

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare dunkel goldene Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, gering getreidig, hopfig. Geschmack schwach hopfig, kaum würzig, getreidig malzig, uninteressant!

Leicht malziger Antrunk mit wenig Herbe. Geringe aber konstante Bitterkeit. Trocken würzig, die Herbe steigt, geringfügig hopfig. Auf diesem Niveau bleibt das Bier, zum Ende etwas malziger. 7/8/8/7/7/7
