[50cl bottle from Longacres, Bagshot at 5% ABV.] A bright golden amber pour with a fast fading white head; citrusy aroma with some dusty hops in the background; syrupy body with a taste of tangerine and red grapefruit; then a short-lived bitterness from some hedgerow hops before a fruity finish.

Bottle from Asda, Telford. Golden with no head. Has a hoppy-sweetness to it, this is possibly the citrus within the ale as stated on the bottle, but the citrus itself is not overly obvious. What is more obvious is its bitterness, but this is also only mid-bitterness at best.

Clear golden, white head. Tangy aroma but not in a good way. Taste is a bit of citrus and some caramel. Inoffensive almost to the point of actually becoming offensive. Sherbety aftertaste. Meh.

Bottle, 5.0%. Fruity aroma, even raisin? Clear golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is fruity with a mild hop bitterness to balance. Low bitterness. Caramelly and not so flavourful.

Bottle @ Hoppy Advent Race in Space, Sรธnderborg. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and fruit, with notes of malt and citrus in the long nose. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with malty and bready notes and touches of fruit. Bitter and estery finish. nothing to write home about.

Brown 500ml bottle (unfiltered) drank two months after its best by date (Dec 2008). Poured into a UK pint sleeve glass. Very pale, a golden lager colour, but with small yeast and sediment particals flaoting within the body. A huge white head sat on top. A heavy yeast aroma meets the nose, nothing else gets a look in. Spritzy and tangy feel, very lively and heavily carbonated. There is a hint of hops in the taste but the yeast in the aroma takes over in the taste as well. Dry and refreshing, getting dryer in the aftertaste. More body than the colour suggests, light in appearance but not in anything else.
