From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is mildly roasted malt, tobacco, touch of smoke, mild cocoa, coffee, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Nice Brown Ale, surprised by the tobacco notes.

Bit weird. Quite sweet caramel. Not so hoppy. Different. Like the thing in the top of that Japanese pudding. So specific, eh? Maybe something even a bit cherry candy about it.

Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size. Clear dark brown color. Dense light beige head, reasonable lacing. Aroma’s: grainish, nutty, toasted. Retronasal there’s red fruit, caramel, toast/roast. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasty. Light to medium bodied. Flavors retain, but not a very long finish. Nice enough, for a brown ale.
