500ml bottle. Poured a mostly clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, malty, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

500ml bottle, some 3+ months before Best Before. Pours a very dead amber with zero head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruit, toffee & biscuit malt. Just about drinkable at a push. Very disappointing

Rocky off white head on a unclear deep vivid amber coloured body. Minimal malt aroma. Medium, smooth with a cloying back. Malt, brown sugar, liquorice & herbal tastes with a lightly hopped sweet finish. Standard.

Hand-pulled half-pint on 24th August 2023; London Inn, Morchard Bishop, Devon (cracking pub food). Copper body, clean and clear, off-white head. Malty front in the nose and taste, decent traditional hop presence (no citrusy hops). Liked it, but was driving, so just a half for me.
