Cloudy dark red beer, beige head. Malty fruit aroma, flavour follows suit. Rich and smooth but a fairly basic flavour. Very drinkable though.

Cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2018, Norwich. Pours mahogany brown with an average sized frothy beige head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, nut, caramel and medium roasting. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium plus body, slight oily and watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Roasted, nutty finish. A very traditional Porter.

Cask @ GBBF14. Intense beginning. Fresh and smooth, nicely bittered, dry and roasted. The mainpart is roasted, espresso, dark chocolate, nice sourish hints. Very nice and smooth. Coffee. The aftertaste is roasted, fresh, smooth. A easy to drink and still deep. A great beer!
