This Best Coast IPA collab with Single Hill Brewing (Yakima) featuring only Citra Hops from hop bale cores, known as “Brewer Cuts” in the hop industry. Incredible Citra aroma like cutting into a bale of fresh hop cones, but the flavor of bright orange & lemon zest powered by dank energy.

Can from the brewery, Feb 2022. Light yellow pour, great clarity, and a big white head. Nose is ripe with citrus and grapefruit with a little pungent hops note. Light citrus sweetness and light bitters. Very light and easy drinking, but with an ample depth of flavor. If only the ABV was a little lower this would be the perfect session IPA. Still delicious IPA nonetheless.
